Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms By accessing and using the services of Drop Wellness, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our studio, website, and mobile app.

2. Memberships & Packages Memberships and class packages become active on the date of purchase and are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
 
2.1 Non-Transferable Memberships and class packages are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the individual registered.  

2.2 Expiration Unused classes or sessions must be redeemed within the validity period of the membership or package. Expired classes will not be refunded or extended unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Class Bookings & Attendance All classes require pre-booking via our website, app, or in-studio. Bookings are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.  

3.1 Late Arrival Clients are required to arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts. Late arrivals may be refused entry to avoid disrupting the class (and/or) receive a late fee.

3.2 Waitlist Policy If a class is fully booked, you may be added to a waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified and automatically added to the class.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows Classes can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your package or charged to your account.  



4.1 Membership Freezes Memberships may be frozen for medical or personal reasons with prior notice. Freeze periods are available for a maximum of 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payments & Fees  All memberships, packages, and drop-in classes must be paid for in advance. Payments can be made via our website, mobile app, or in-studio using credit or debit cards.

5.1 Pricing Changes Drop Wellness reserves the right to modify its pricing structure at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance and will not affect any pre-existing agreements until the next renewal period.

5.2 Refunds  Payments for memberships, class packages, and promotional offers are non-refundable unless required by law or at the discretion of management due to exceptional circumstances.

6. Health & Safety Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in classes and must inform instructors of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the session.  

6.1 Liability Waiver By attending classes at Drop Wellness, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in the activities.  

6.2 Studio Etiquette We kindly ask that all clients follow studio etiquette, including proper hygiene, mobile phone usage, and respect for other clients and staff.

7. App Usage & Bookings Our mobile app allows clients to book classes, manage memberships, and track their progress. By using the app, you agree to comply with all terms associated with your account and the services provided.

7.1 App Updates Drop Wellness reserves the right to modify or update app features at any time to improve user experience.

8. Promotions & Offers  Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of promotion. Offers are limited to the timeframe specified and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated.

8.1 Eligibility Promotions and trial offers are typically limited to new clients or specific groups. Only one promotional offer can be redeemed per person unless otherwise indicated.

9. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information is handled securely. For details on how we collect, store, and use your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms Drop Wellness reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
