Endless Benefits

Hot Yoga is a dynamic and invigorating form of yoga practiced in a heated room, typically set between 35-40°C (95-105°F). This controlled environment intensifies the physical challenge of yoga while promoting deep relaxation and detoxification.

Unlike traditional yoga, Hot Yoga leverages heat to enhance flexibility and stimulate cardiovascular activity.

  • (1)    The heat warms up your muscles, allowing you to move deeper into stretches safely and effectively.
  • (2)   Sweating in a heated room helps flush out toxins from the body, promoting a sense of renewal.
  • (3)    The increased temperature elevates your heart rate, giving you a low-impact cardio workout.
  • (4)   Hot Yoga encourages mindfulness, helping to reduce stress and enhance mental clarity

CORE principles

  • flexibility

Because of the movements involved in a Vinyasa class, we are essentially expanding our bodies ability to move in ways it normally would not, improving our range of motion.

  • metabolic

Vinyasa Yoga flows from one pose to another in challenging sequences & can burn off a significant amount of calories, increasing your metabolic rate or the rate at which you burn calories.

  • cardio

A Vinyasa class is a great form of cardio exercise, the flow's are at times fast-paced, & when coupled with correct breathing methods, you will feel a significant elevation in heart rate.

  • strength

Because of the movements involved in a vinyasa class, we are essentially expanding our bodies ability to move in ways it normally would not, improving our range of motion.

  • breath

An often less appreciated aspect of Yoga. With regular practice, connecting with our breath can be an extremely proficient tool in managing and overcoming stressful factors.

  • mindfulness

Because of the movements involved in a vinyasa class, we are essentially expanding our bodies ability to move in ways it normally would not, improving our range of motion.

The POWER of infrared

We use two Cosmic Beam 2400w Infrared heaters placed at either end of the studio to allow heat to be dispersed equally throughout. We chose infrared rather than other form of heating due to the significant benefits it has on our bodies.

Infrared has long been used in many healing practices, it is the same sort of heat you would feel if you were outside on a warm sunny day in winter. Infrared works differently in that it heats objects rather than the air. Humans emit radiant heat naturally, making us in extremely proficient at absorbing it as well.
